What information do I need to get started?
Fill out a quote form by clicking the Request a Quote button and fill out the form. We will then reach out shortly to further setup a consultation.
How long does a typical website take to create?
Every website is special and different in scope. Our typical turn-around time is no longer than 3 months. This includes the entire process of research, design, testing, and launch. If you are concerned about the turn around time we can discuss your needed turnaround time during your first consultation.
What is your response time?
The time it takes to repair an issue varies, depending on the issue and the severity. We typically work Monday-Friday, but also monitor every website 24/7 for outages. Feel free to call or email if you are concerned or need an update.
Do you provide reports?
Yes, we do! Depending on their maintenance plan, each of our clients will receive 1 to 2 reports per month containing site/database updates and a full layout of the website’s activity.
How do you do billing? What if I want to cancel?
We do all of our billing electronically with credit card or via check. If we accept via check we require annual payments, but allow monthly via credit card.
Depending on your contract each client’s billing due date and cancellation fees will differ.
